1.MACHINING
First of all spare parts of the compressor have to manufactured with the exact quality. All the spare parts which we are using are manufactured by our company and after the passing our quality department, stocking in our stock for using the montages. Machining parts are manufacturing with the latest CNC machineries with the best quality and the exact tolarences.
2.AIR TANKS
The most important material is air tanks for the compressors. We are welding our own manufactured air tanks with the automatic welding machineries. After tank manufacturing we are testing for our air tanks with 25 atmosphere water. The air tanks which are passed from our test are going to painting unit. First step is liner painting before the original painting. After painting we assemble the pressure security indicator, pressure monometer part with the capacity, test stages and the order information labels. The tank is ready for shipment after these stages. We are sending " Hidrostatic Test Report" with the compressor delivery.
3.MONTAGE STAGE
All the parts which are passed our quality departments assemble with our experienced technical staffs. We operate the compressor 2 hours with the full capacity. This is the end test before the shipment.
4.BROAD SERVICE NETWORK
With the experience of 30 years over manufacturing air compressors, Tamsan Compressor has a broad service network. Tamsan Compressor has service team not only just in Turkey but also in many countries in the world such as England, Russia, Poland and etc.
