The motion of motor is transferred to the compressor by connecting motor shaft directly to the compressor shaft with
special coupling system.
Cooling impeller is connected directly to the crankshaft. This enables crankshaft to transfer the motion from the motor,
directly to the impeller. The impeller wings, which are in accordance with the rotation direction and have appropriate angle for
the maximum blowing, cools down the compressed air with aluminum radiator. In addition, casting cylinders and heads, which have a channeled form, are also
cooled by the impeller.
In Piston air compressors the crankshaft splashes oil to the cylinders and pistons inside the main frame by its1500 rpm/minute rotation speed.
With this lubricating system, the compressor lifespan is extended by minimizing abrasion of the pistons.
